Shipping options and delivery times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.

Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey. Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your order with Standard shipping is still in transit 9 business days after the shipping date, please contact our support team for assistance.

Order processing information

Order queue

After your payment has been processed, your order will enter a waiting queue for 12 hours before being sent to our fulfillment center. During these 12 hours, you can change order details (size, color, quantity) or cancel the order.

Multiple shipping addresses

Our fulfillment partners only ship to a single destination per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders with different addresses.

Since all items are manufactured, printed, and shipped in the United States, the price shown on the website is the final price, and you will not be subject to additional taxes. For specific queries regarding customs, please contact our support team.

Important shipping notes

Your shipping process can be expedited by:

  • Providing complete and valid payment information (order by direct debit or credit card)
  • Supplying exact shipping addresses

Please note:

  • We are not responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address or returned to the sender due to address errors.
  • If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and request forwarding or redirection of your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel becomes lost, stolen, or damaged.
