30-Day Return Policy
We offer a generous 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
Return Labels
Our packages do not include return labels. If you need to make a return, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll assist you with your return or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (order information screenshot)
- Reason for return (acceptable reasons include: damaged goods, wrong product issues)
- Photos or video of the defective or damaged product (where applicable)
Once we receive and confirm your return (typically within 72 hours of receipt), we’ll send you an email confirmation that your return process is complete. If a refund is approved, it will be issued within 9 days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong product
- There are any other issues with your order
This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
Return Shipping Costs
Our return shipping policy is as follows:
- Customers do not pay return shipping costs for defective products
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective products
- Shipping costs are not refundable if the customer ordered the wrong product
- Customers return products by mail
- We do not charge restocking fees on returns
For all exchanges and returns, you must submit a video or image of the product as received, clearly showing that the product was ordered from us and clearly indicating any product issues.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued within 9 days to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. In this case, we will provide you with a full refund. Cancellations requested after this timeframe may be treated as a “Change of Mind” return.
Delivery Information
Before placing an order, please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete, including street name and house number. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear any resulting losses.
