Our ordering process consists of 4 simple steps:

What should I do if I made a mistake on my order?

How do I change my order?
To request changes to your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and the specific changes needed. Please note that changes can only be made within 24 hours after payment.
Can I cancel my order?
We can only process cancellations for items that have not entered production, which is typically within 24 hours after payment. Please email us at: [email protected]. with your order details for cancellation and refund processing. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once production has begun.
Do you alert customers when orders ship?
Yes! We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
When will I receive my tracking number?
A tracking number will be generated within 3-7 business days after your order is processed. We will email you the tracking details as soon as your product ships. If you don’t receive tracking information after 7 business days, please contact us at [email protected] for an update.
Why has my tracking status not been updated?
Tracking information may not update immediately, especially with registered airmail shipments. Rest assured, your item is on its way. If your tracking status hasn’t updated for over 10 days, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
Note: Due to COVID-19, shipments may take longer than usual.
I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?
First, check your tracking information to see if the order shows as delivered. If it shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow a few additional days as deliveries are sometimes delayed or incorrectly marked as delivered. If you still haven’t received your order, please email us at [email protected] regarding its whereabouts. We will check and update you with the status of your order.
What’s the status of my order?
After placing an order, you should receive:
- A confirmation email after successful payment
- An update email when your order enters production
- A shipping notification email with tracking information
The most recent information is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence. If you haven’t received these status updates, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case the emails were redirected there.
What if my order is defective, wrong size, or incorrect product?
Please email us at [email protected] with photos of the issue, and we will arrange to send a replacement within an appropriate timeframe.
What is your return and refund policy?
Please refer to our detailed Return Policy. We’re committed to providing excellent products and will happily replace your order if:
- The product is flawed
- The print quality is poor
- The product received differs from what was represented on our site
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with photos of the product you received along with any detailed shots you wish to include. Our customer service team will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement free of charge.
What should I do if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received your expected refund:
- First, check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds can take time to process and post
