Our ordering process consists of 4 simple steps:

To request changes to your order, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and the specific changes needed. Please note that changes can only be made within 24 hours after payment.
We can only process cancellations for items that have not entered production, which is typically within 24 hours after payment. Please email us at: [email protected]. with your order details for cancellation and refund processing. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once production has begun.
Yes! We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
A tracking number will be generated within 3-7 business days after your order is processed. We will email you the tracking details as soon as your product ships. If you don’t receive tracking information after 7 business days, please contact us at [email protected] for an update.
Tracking information may not update immediately, especially with registered airmail shipments. Rest assured, your item is on its way. If your tracking status hasn’t updated for over 10 days, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
Note: Due to COVID-19, shipments may take longer than usual.
First, check your tracking information to see if the order shows as delivered. If it shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please allow a few additional days as deliveries are sometimes delayed or incorrectly marked as delivered. After placing an order, you should receive:

An update email when your order enters production
A shipping notification email with tracking information
